To access the Codi System, you will need to enter your NHS Wales username and password. Once you've completed this, you will be directed to your dashboard, where you can access the functionality applicable to your role.

If you are unsure of your credentials, please contact your local IT Service Desk in the first instance, or the DHCW Service Desk. The Codi team are unable to provide this information or reset your password.
